PEACH LEMON YUMMY

Prepare your ingredients:

  • 1 cup (245 grams) plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120 millimetres) non-fat/ low-fat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoonn sugar-free lemonade mix
  • 1 teaspoon splenda (no calorie sweetner); already available in Singapore

Steps to follow:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in your blender & blend until smooth & well-combined!
  2. Ready to serve & garnish with a slice of peach placed at the side tip of the cup!

YIELD:
215 calories, 4g fat, 19g protein, 12g carbohydrate, 1g dietary fiber, 1g usable carbs

SERIOUSLY STRAWBERRY SMASH

  • 1 cup (245 grams) plain non-fat yogurt

  • 5 medium-sized strawberries, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon (8 grams) vanilla-flavoured whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons (28 millimetres) strawberry sugar-free syrup

Steps to follow:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in your blender & blend until smooth & well-combined!
  2. Ready to serve & garnish with half-slice of strawberry at the top of the drink!

YIELD:
264 calories, 5g fat, 30g protein, 11g carbohydrate, 2g dietary fiber, 9g usable carbs
